By using Forwrd, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Forwrd is a personal travel itinerary app. You forward booking confirmation emails to a personal address, and we parse them into trips. We provide this service on an "as-is" basis during beta.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to share your forwarding address with untrusted parties. You must be 13 or older to use Forwrd.

Acceptable use

Please don't forward emails that aren't yours, use Forwrd to receive spam at scale, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer the app. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Rate limits

Beta accounts have a daily limit on parsed emails. This exists to control LLM costs during the beta period. We'll notify you if you're approaching the limit.

Content ownership

Your data is yours. We don't claim ownership of the content you forward or the trip data we generate from it. You can delete your account and all your data at any time in Settings.

Forwrd uses third-party services to operate. See our Privacy Policy for the full list.

Disclaimer

The parser is powered by AI and may occasionally misinterpret booking details. Always double-check critical information like flight times and gates against the original confirmation. Forwrd is not responsible for missed flights, incorrect check-in times, or any other issues arising from parsing errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Forwrd and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use of Forwrd after changes means you accept the updated terms.
